I Tried Nutré Meals For a Year, and Ranked My Favorite Ones
If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you already know how big a fan I am of time-saving, prepared meals. Nutré Meals delivers five fresh, never frozen, meals, straight to my doorstep every Sunday. These pre-portioned ready-to-eat meals include everything from chicken cordon bleu to bison chili, and stuffed baked haddock to Korean bulgogi fried rice. I feel like I’ve tried almost every one of their recipes — so I’m ranking them below in case you’re wondering which to try for yourself. Breakfast Choices
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Of the options for breakfast, I found the breakfast pizzas were the best. They are super cheesy and are packed with protein. My least favorite was the Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes. They were incredibly dense—most likely because of the protein powder used in them, which is fine. I just prefer my pancakes fluffy.
Chicken Bacon Egg and Swiss Breakfast Pizza
Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast Pizza
Turkey Bacon, Egg & Cheddar Breakfast Pizza
Turkey Sausage Egg Scramble
Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes
Lunch Choices
These options were perfect portions for lunch. They weren’t too small nor too big. I loved the texture of the chicken tenders. It’s not often that I buy chicken tenders, so these were fun to enjoy. Another standout I had was the Turkey Burger Bowl. The sauce that comes with it makes it taste like a Big Mac, but it’s so much healthier with the mix of cabbage slaw. I also really loved the bowls (Shrimp Burrito Bowl, Pork Carnitas Power Bowl). They’re awesome to mix in with a bowl of mixed greens or over quinoa for more plant-based fuel.

Dinner Choices
The options below are a bit heavier, so I enjoyed having them for dinner. I will say that Nutré tends to lean more heavily toward high protein than veggies, so I often paired these with sauteed broccoli or spinach on my own for much-needed vitamins and minerals.
Beef Barbacoa Bowl with Cilantro Lime Jasmine Rice
Shrimp Scampi Orzo Bowl
Zesty Shredded Chicken with Vegetable Rice Pilaf
Sesame Beef Stir Fry
Shredded Beef Brisket with Cheesy Cauliflower Mash

Fridge Staples
Every week, I make sure to get a couple of juices from Nutré. As someone whose iron is often low, I love the beetroot juice for helping me get my levels where they need to be. Beets are rich in iron, which your red blood cells need to carry oxygen throughout your body. I also love the low-carb donuts for when I have a sweet craving. The bulk proteins are great to have in the freezer or fridge to add to stir fry and pasta sauces.
